Just your standard black bean burrito

So it’s really basic. Joy of Cooking Black Beans and Rice recipe (which I don’t have in my edition, but have used for years – found copied here: https://bakinandeggs.com/2009/08/20/black-beans-and-rice/ ); fake sour cream; avocado; and Pico de Gallo:

Roll it up in a wrap and enjoy!
