A terrific side dish for sweet corn season, and pairs with lots of foods we love. I got it from my brother in Virginia, and I don’t think there’s anything special about it – except that it tastes fantastic.
I wasn’t particularly thrilled with the outcome of this recipe. The light, fruity sweet-sour flavor that is not objectionable, but not a full meal.
It was a pretty good light pot-pie recipe.
We both love capers and spice, so Puttanesca is one of our go-to types of red sauce. Plus it’s quick!
